ACC MENTOR COACHNG FOR CREDENTIALING
If you do not have a LEVEL 1 certificate from your coaching school, you will apply to ICF through the porfolio route; this means you will need to contract 10 hours of mentor coach from a qualified ICF mentor coach.From January 2027 the mentor coach will also serve as your evaluator. During the mentor coaching process they will fill out 3 observation forms and at the end a final competency review form which serves as your evaluation for applying to ICF.The mentor coach evaluation is what will be used to pass / fail your application.ICF PORFOLIO ROUTE
MENTOR COACHING FOR ACC RENEWAL
Each time you renew your ACC credential you are required to complete another 10 hours of mentor coaching.This does not serve as an evaluation of your coaching skills, but rather the continuing development of your journey towards a PCC coaching level / credential.The qualified mentor coach will use the same observation forms for your formative journey, but there is not actual "evaluation" that the ICF requires.ICF MENTOR COACHING
